The process is simple

MEETING

We meet in person or have a digital meeting. When we've got a feel for the space and who the ideal buyer could be, we go through what furniture and interior details that should be removed or placed in the home.

QUOTE

After the meeting, we send out an offer based on the home's existing furniture conditions, how much time the project will take, and the amount of props you will be renting. With our offer, you will receive a quote, terms and conditions as well as a to do list and which procedures will come next.

STYLING

We always style and ensure the quality on site, before the photoshoot, and before the first viewing. Six weeks rental of our props is included so that there is plenty of time for photos, previews and tours. When styling houses or apartments with more than 4 main rooms, a 10 week rental of our props is included.

VIRTUAL Styling

Virtual styling and staging attracts more people to the viewing of your property. If every picture in your ad is of an empty room, it signals to potential buyers that you are desperate to sell. It is difficult to grasp the proportions of the space. Adding a virtually staged room will help your ideal buyer see the potential of the space. Virtual staging is perfect for you if your property is in a remote area, a newbuild under construction, the interior is outdated or if you’re on a really tight budget.
